The company’s products with its signature Big Red tanks have become renowned for quality and reliability where ever they are used.

Silvan is 100% privately owned, with its head office, administration, research and development, and manufacturing operations located on a 2.5 hectare site in the Melbourne Australia. SILVAN OPERATIONS NEW ZEALAND.
Silvan has operated in New Zealand since 1998, but in 2006, a significant milestone was achieved, with the establishment of Silvan’s own distribution company, Silvan New Zealand Pty Limited. This achievement allows Silvan to offer much greater range of products and services to the New Zealand market.

Silvan New Zealand offers an extensive range of boom sprayers as well as specialised equipment that have been developed for crops including vegetables, grapes, apples, pears, citrus, bananas, olives, wheat, kiwi fruit, macadamias, cotton and turf.  

Silvan’s merchandising brand Selecta, services the accessories requirements of primary producers, plant nurseries, lifestyle farmers and the home gardener. The Selecta range features the largest selling range of 12-volt portable sprayers, fire fighting equipment, foam makers, diesel transfer units and related accessories in Australia and New Zealand.
